Mpaju Sports Centre (MSC) Mpaju Sports Centre believes in discovering and developing natural abilities. It is founded on the principles of

valuing and appreciating the power of Nature, Human Talents and Human Natural abilities. It believes that through efficient use of the natural abilities the world can be changed into a better and happier place than ever before. The vision of MSC is to be the leading sports centre in the Universe. MSC main Mission is to discover and develop the natural human aptitudes worldwide. Along with this, MSC will provide Cultural Entertainments, Competitions and Sports Financial Development Support. It is from this belief, that Mpaju Sports Centre slogan of BURUHANI INA MAMLAKA was developed. In essence, the slogan means APTITUDES HAVE THE AUTHORITY, they are powerful enough to decide on the fate of the youths, elders, society and the world at large.

Up to now, Mpaju Sports Centre have managed to register a football club, which is called Mpaju FC with a registration number 12029 dated 05^th March 2018. All the effort began in February 2017 at the main station of the centre, which is Iganzo-Mbeya. This is just a beginning. Mpaju SC, is expecting to strategically find a way to discover, develop and facilitate the realisation of all the dreams within and outside its operational boundaries. Facilitation of Efficient and effective involvement of children (both male and female) in different sports, cultural and entertainment activities is on the way. The centre has managed to bring awareness to the Iganzo society that, kids need to be supported and not to be discouraged to do various activities in order to explore their talents (Parents Talk-1)[1] .

Mpaju sports centre is yearly conducting an event named MPAJU SPORTS CENTRE DAY. The first event was last year (http://mpaju.blogspot.com/2018/04/mpaju-sports-centre-msc-day.html ). It is planned as usual on 31^st December 2018. This year, it is planned to be improved by inviting other teams and including Mpaju Veterans team, which will consist of the members, parents and guardians of the Mpaju players. Given the fact that members are occupied in week days, the event is proposed to be conducted from29th to 31st of December. Efforts are being made to get the permission to use the Sokoine Stadium, because children are usually very motivated. this can be seen in (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51o4RwIkCSM&t=36s). Iganzo Secondary Playground,which was used last year still is the confirmed option we have, but because in rainy season the ground is usually not very good (See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLKwgAeMbKo ), we will try hard to acquire a better playground.

To be successful, this event is facing a number of challenges. Weather challenges, permission form different authorities and financial difficulties. However, the biggest challenge fearing Mpaju Leaders, is the turn up of the expected participants. Will the kids be allowed to participate effectively? Will the parents show up to support and give opinions on the improvement of the centre? Will the little amount available suffice the facilitation of the guest teams and participants? And the question of whether the society will accept such an event as a positive thing or not? 

Mpaju Sports Centre welcome suggestions, request and confirmation from all sports fans, who have time to ensure that this effort does not go unnoticed. Additionally, MSC is in advance apologizing for the likely social and economical inconveniences that this event and its operation is causing. Be assured that such difficulties are not in anyhow part of the goals of the Mpaju Sports Centre.
